Sitialhilalsigli | Sedikitnya 286 mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Al Hhilal (PTI Alhilal) Sigli dilepas untuk mengikuti Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPM).
Bupati Pidie, Roni Ahmad diwakili Asisten III, Drs Sayuti MM saat melepas mahasiswa mengapresiasikan mahasiswa yang akan turun ke gampong.
“Semoga kegiatan ini kiranya dapat menambah pengalaman wawasan dan pengalaman dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.
Program KPM ini merupakan bentuk pengabdian setelah mahasiswa belajar teori di bangku kuliah,” katanya.
Diharapkan, peserta KPM memiliki dedikasi tinggi dan pola berpikir yang dewasa dalam menghadapi permasalahan selama di gampong.
“Kembangkanlah ilmu sudah dimiliki untuk dimanfaatkan bagi diri sendiri dan masyarakat umumnya,” katanya.
Dimana keberhasilan sudah diraih pemerintah di dalam pembangunan bidang pendidikan masih harus terus ditingkatkan sesuai kebutuhan.
“Maka mahasiswa inilah menjadi penerus dan membantu untuk meningkatkan pembangunan yang maju dan bermutu,” pesannya.
Tahun Ditiadakan
Ketua Badan Pelaksana Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat KPM Drs Hanafiah MY MPd dalam laporannya mengatakan, sudah dua tahun berturut-turut tak melakukan Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPM) di gampong.
“KPMnya ada, tapi hanya dilakukan di gampong masing-masing si mahasiswa tidak dilepas seperti hari ini,” jelasnya.
Maka itu, inilah kali pertama setelah dua tahun ditiadakan kembali digelar pelepasan seperti ini.
Hanafiah mengatakan, mereka ini adalah mahasiswa PTI Alhilal jumlahnya sebanyak 286 peserta dari dua sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Syariah dan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah.
Sasarannya ke gampong-gampong di empat Kecamatan yakni Grong grong, Batee, Padang Tiji dan Delima.
Satu gampong lima orang didampingi satu supervisor atau dosen pembimbing.
“Mereka akan berada di gampong itu selama atu bulan penuh. Pengajian membimbing, mendampingi membantu pemerintah juga menggelar kegiatan keagamaan yang ada di desa,” demikian Hanafiah.
Sementara, Pengurus Yayasan, H T Sabirin juga berpesan supaya mahasiswa menjaga nama baik PTI Al Hilal selama melakukan KPM.
“Juga kami imbau menjaga kesehata serta protokol kesehatan covid19. Menjaga nama baik almamater, apalagi sebelumnya sudah ada pembekalan,” pesan Pengurus Yayasan H T Sabirin SH MH. (*)
