KATA PENGANTAR
Dalam rangka peningkatan mutu dan kualitas sebuah lembaga pendidikan,
khusunya di STIT Al-Hilal sigli sangat membutuhkan pedoman audit mutu internal.
Upaya peningkatan mutu perguruan tinggi terus menerus dilakukan dalam
rangka membangun budaya mutu. Salah satu upaya untuk itu adalah
mengembangkan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu (Quality Assurance) di perguruan tinggi
dan aktivitas penjaminan mutu akademik perguruan tinggi antara lain dilakukannya
Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) di setiap unit kerja akademik.
Kita berusaha untuk melihat kinerja dari lembaga, unit-unit, maupun perangkat
kerja lainnya dalam rangka mengidentifikasi permasalahan hingga capaian yang
telah terlaksana. Tujuan dari audit mutu internal agar ada perbaikan pada kinerja,
juga penambahan capaian yang dilakukan STIT Al-Hilal sigli dari waktu ke waktu
sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Audit mutu internal ini juga
menjadi bagian dari sistem penjaminan mutu yang dilakukan oleh STIT Al-Hilal sigli
agar bisa diketahui maupun diakses secara jelas oleh masyarakat.
Demikianlah, pengantar ini kami sampaikan. Kami berharap bahwa buku
panduan Audit Mutu Internal ini dapat bermanfaat bagi auditor, lembaga, unit-unit,
maupun perangkat kerja lainnya di lingkup STIT Al-Hilal sigli. Amin.
