Kegiatan Asesmen Lapangan Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab STIT Al-Hilal Sigli yang dilakukan oleh Asesor LAMDIK pada hari senin tanggal 13 sampai tanggal 16 Agustus 2023 di kampus STIT Al-Hilal Sigli, kegiatan asesmen ini dihadiri oleh Pengurus Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Islam Al-Hilal Sigli, yaitu ketua pengurus H. Abdullah Ali, S.Ag.M.Pd, Dr. Makmun Ibrahim, MA, Drs. H. M. Juned Basyah, M.Pd, dari unsur Pimpinan STIT di ikuti oleh
Ketua Dr. Syarifah Rahmi, Lc. M. Alcom, Wakil ketua bid. Akademik dan kelembagaan Drs. Abdul Manaf, M.Pd, Wakil Ketua bidang Adminisytrasi Keuangan Dr. H. Athaillah bin Djuneidi, MA dan ketua bidang kemahasiswaan dan Kerjasama
Mustafa, MA sedangkan dari unsur Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Cut Keumalawati, M. Ag sebagai ketua Prodi, Rahmad Fauzi, M. Ag sebagai sekretais Prodi, sedangkan dari prodi lainnya juga di ikuti ketua Prodi PAI Dr. Rusnah, MA dan sekretaris prodi PAI Dr. Tgk. Bukhari, M.A, sedangkan dari prodi PGMI Gusti Handayani, M.Pd, Bersama dengan Nasri Diana Sekretarisnya, berikut
dari unsur Dosen terdiri dari miswarul abdi, T. Sanwil, kegiatan ini juga dikuti oleh unsur tenaga kependidikan yang meliputi kepala dan staf kepustakaan terdiri dari Yusriana, suwaibaton dan mimi, dari Pangkalan Data Zuhri, dan dari unsur P3M
Zahrina, Laboran Junaidah dan Nova sebagai tenaga yang membantu di program studi.
Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam ruang Micro Teching STIT Al-Hilal Sigli dimulai pada pukul 8.30 diprotokoli oleh Abdul Manaf, dan kata sambutan Abdullah Ali, dalam kata sambutan ketua Yayasan memberikan perkembangan kampus STIT Al-Hilal Sigli yang penuh dengan rintangan dan tantangan, baik secara giopolitik maupun bencana alam yang
terjadi, ia mengaharapkan kepada bapak asesor Dr. Muhbib, M.Ag, yang sekaligus menjabat Ketua IMLA Pusat (ketua asosiasi dosen Bahasa Arab), bapak Muhbib ini merupakan dosen senior UIN Jakarta bertindak sebagai asesor 1, sedangkan asesor II Dr. Sahkholid Nasution, S.Ag. MA dari UIN Sumatra Utara, juga mantan Ketua LPM UIN Sumatra Utara (Medan) keduanya sebagai asesor LAMDIK, banyak hal memberikan
masukan kepada STIT Al-Hilal Sigli untuk dapat membangun perguruan tinggi yang baik, yang mana banyak dokumen yang diaudit oleh asesor, mereka mengkonfirmasikan kepada Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab STIT AL-Hilal Sigli.kegiatan audit mutu perguruan tinggi dilakukan oleh bapak Dr Muhbib, M.Ag, melakukan wawancara dengan Alumni, pengguna lulusan dan mahasiswa. Pengejaran informasi menyangkut dengan proses pembelajaran, pendampingan dan rentang waktu lulusan dan masa tunggu lulusan, kepuasan mahasiswa dan kepuasan Lulusan dan kepuasan pengguna terus di eksploitasi, kepuasan digali melalui layanan layanan yang diberikan prodi, tenaga kependidikan dan pimpinan perguruan tinggi.
Disamping itu, pihak asesor juga menggali berbagai informasi menyangkut dengan keberadaan regulasi menyangkut dengan perencanaan, prosese pelaksanaan, juga digali informasi dari proses monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh prodi dan pimpinan dalam melakukan peningkatan kwalitas lulusan prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab STIT Al-Hilal Sigli, tidak hanya sebatas itu yang dilakukan asesor dalam menggali berbagai informasi untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan akreditasi, banyak lagi informasi yang digali dari prodi menyangkut dengan kelengkapan dokumen dan jenis kegiatan akademik. Dokumen manual tools untuk semua kegiatan harus tersedia, kebijakan yang dibuat harus melalui surat keputusan, pelaksanaan kebijakan harus terjadwal dengan baik, Lembaga penyelenggara Pendidikan yang dipilih untuk melaksanakan kegiatan PPL mahasiswa diperlukan payung hukum yang legal agar lebih nyaman dalam melaksanakan kegiatan, seperti membuat MoU atau Kerjasama dan LoA dengan menjelaskan aktivitas kegiatannya.
Kegiatan simulasi mengajar dosen yang diperankan oleh Miswarul Abdi, M.Pdi dan diobseravasi langsung oleh Dr. Muhbib, M.Ag untuk melihat kecukupan kriteria yang dibutuhkan dalam mengajar.
Pada akhir kegiatan asesmen Lapangan Asesor LAMDIK Bersama Pimpinan, Ketua dan Sekretaris Prodi serta Civitas akademika melakukan photo Bersama. Usaha yang sudah dilakukan Prodi PBA STIT Al-Hilal Sigli sudah maksimal, semua itu tidak terelepas dari keikutsertaan semua civitas akademika dalam menyukseskan keberhasilan proram studi dan keberhasilan ini adalah milik kita bersama, kepada semua pihak yang ikut terlibat dalam menyelesaikan semua kebutuhan untuk Asesmen Lapangan kami ucapkan terimakasih, dan mohon doa dari kita semua, agar hasil yang diperoleh agar mendapatkan Nilai Baik Sekali. Harapan kita kepada semua pihak agar kedepan agar dapat meningkatkan kepedulian kita untuk kerja bersama- sama agar mendepatkan hasil yang gemilang. Akhirul kalam, kelemahan dan ketimpangan yang terjadi adalah milik kami, keberhasilan dan kepuasan adalah milik kita bersama.
